DevOps Engineer

About the role

Valorem Reply is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale cloud‑native infrastructure for enterprise‑grade applications. The role focuses on operating production‑grade Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Google Cloud Platform services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Build and maintain secure, repeatable CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage Istio service‑mesh architectures.
• Administer and optimize Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
• Integrate Jira workflows into development and release processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enforce infrastructure‑as‑code and automation standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on production Kubernetes administration.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Istio service mesh.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow management.
