Development Lead – Project Management (Java Full Stack, React Native)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Development Lead to drive technology projects for clients in the telecom, media and technology sectors. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring delivery of high‑quality digital, cloud and AI‑first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving resource gaps.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the team in adhering to SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in creating project budgets that reflect scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure client sign‑offs.
• Manage risks to ensure uninterrupted delivery and balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in telecom domain projects and full‑stack development.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required.
