Design Coordinator

About the role

Join HDR's Architecture practice as a Design Coordinator, contributing to the design and delivery of diverse spaces that enhance community well‑being worldwide. You will work alongside architects, planners, and technical experts to create resilient, sustainable environments.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques and procedures to construction documents.
• Perform architectural assignments with general guidance from the Project Architect or Project Manager.
• Collaborate directly with owners/clients to recommend design procedures.
• Write specifications for architectural matters and conduct code reviews.
• Assist Project Architects, Architectural Coordinators, and Technicians across all project phases.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Credentials to obtain future registration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
