Deployment Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to guide our most complex enterprise customers through discovery, solution scoping, deployment and value realization. You will work closely with CPG and retail systems, translating real‑world workflows into clear technical requirements and partnering with engineering to deliver Glimpse’s AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and technical demos to uncover customer pain points, workflows and success criteria.
• Design and scope pilot projects, aligning Glimpse product capabilities to deliver quick, measurable value.
• Define requirements for new AI agents and integrations in collaboration with customers and engineering, and oversee their rollout.
• Coordinate cross‑functional implementation teams—including product, ops, engineering and customer success—to ensure timely delivery.
• Own the production deployment process: configuration, testing, rollout planning and post‑launch iteration.
• Communicate results, impact reports and next‑step recommendations to both operational users and executive sponsors.
• Partner with Sales and Product to share insights, influence the roadmap and refine the deployment playbook.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer discovery, solutions implementation or consulting within ambiguous, early‑stage environments.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about integrations, data flows and implementation constraints.
• Excellent customer empathy, communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Project‑management aptitude with a track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
