About the role

The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith is seeking a Department Head for its Engineering program. This senior academic leader will guide the department’s strategic direction, support faculty development, and ensure high‑quality teaching and research that aligns with the university’s mission of transformative, hands‑on learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and vision for the Engineering department.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation, and program assessment.

Required profile
