About the role
The University of Arkansas seeks a senior academic leader to serve as Dean of its School of Law. Reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Dean will guide the law school’s academic mission, strategic planning, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for the School of Law, including curriculum development and faculty oversight.
- Collaborate with university administration on budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation.
- Promote research, scholarship, and public service initiatives within the law school.
- Represent the School of Law to external stakeholders, alumni, and professional organizations.
