Data Integrity Technician

About the role

The Data Integrity Technician supports the Office of Admissions and Recruitment by ensuring that the university’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Student Information System (SIS) contain accurate, up‑to‑date data. This role is essential for effective communication with prospective students throughout the admissions funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain data quality in the CRM and SIS.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Generate and distribute regular data reports for admissions staff.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to align data processes with outreach strategies.
• Document data management procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced university environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software in a Windows environment.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with student information systems and basic data validation techniques.
