Data Integrations Manager – Incentive Compensation

About the role

The Manager, Data Integrations – Incentive Compensation Management will lead the design, implementation, and governance of data interfaces that feed Mastercard’s SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management system. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & ICM, you will ensure accurate, secure, and compliant data flows across multiple enterprise platforms supporting sales compensation and variable pay programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data integrations and data integrity supporting sales incentive, commission, and quota processes.
• Own SAP ICM operations, including interface configuration, testing, go‑live execution, and ongoing maintenance.
• Evaluate and implement system‑to‑system feeds for acquisitions and new incentive programs.
• Maintain documentation, configuration integrity, and knowledge management across source and target systems.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and SOX requirements, managing access controls and audit readiness.
• Establish governance for compensation cycles, including calendars, cut‑offs, sign‑offs, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Workday, payroll, Oracle, Hyperion Financials, Salesforce, data lake/warehouse, and reporting tools to guarantee reliable interfaces.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience leading data integrations in complex enterprise environments, preferably within sales incentive or compensation management.
• Proven ability to analyze data availability and design direct connect or interface feeds.
• Strong track record of cross‑functional initiative leadership with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders worldwide.
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps and defining operating models for data‑driven products.
