Data Entry Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Associate to support our home‑health partners by accurately maintaining client records and program data. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to a compassionate, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain client records and program data across company databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Process incoming data from clinical, administrative, and operational teams.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors promptly.
• Generate and compile data reports for internal departments and management review.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a healthcare‑related role.
• Typing speed of 40–50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, CRM software, or other database management tools (preferred).
