Data Analyst

About the role

The Data Analyst will serve as a technical resource within the ArcLight Wireless team, working independently or alongside less senior engineers and OEM R&D teams. The role focuses on reviewing data from multiple sources, extracting valuable insights, and supporting product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review data from blogs, social media, internal testing, and R&D feedback.
• Derive and interpret data to inform R&D and management decisions.
• Produce clear, concise reports for management and customers.
• Self‑manage tasks and develop solutions to emerging problems.
• Support less experienced engineers to maintain overall team quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong PC proficiency, including Windows Office, file management, driver installation, and basic Windows troubleshooting.
• Experience with mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS.
• Dependable, trustworthy, detail‑oriented, organized and efficient.
• Bachelor of Science in a related engineering field (EE, CE, CS, etc.).
• Must already reside in Chicago or be willing to relocate at personal expense.
