Cyber Security Analyst II

About the role

Origin Bank is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst II to protect its sensitive data, systems, and customer information. The primary focus will be on managing the vulnerability management program while supporting broader cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability scans using industry‑standard tools such as Nessus and Qualys.
• Monitor scan results, security alerts, system logs, and external threat‑intelligence feeds to identify potential weaknesses.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk assessments and business impact, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing remediation activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
• Implement protective measures and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with solid technical expertise.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management.
• Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
