Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will assist customers via phone, email or chat, provide accurate information about our products and services, and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and patience.
• Update customer accounts and records with relevant information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and related practices.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in software, IT services, or telecom is a plus.
