Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, independent‑contractor position you will help improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that affect model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and performance of chatbot responses.
• Identify gaps in logic or language and provide feedback for model refinement.
• Document evaluation results and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the research team on fact‑checking and data validation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Experience in customer service or similar communication‑focused roles.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
