About the role
Rag & Bone is looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for its e‑commerce and retail customers. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact, representing the brand across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service using extensive product knowledge.
- Handle inquiries, returns, deliveries, payments, order placement, and product sourcing via email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Meet KPI targets including sales, quality, productivity, contact resolution, and CSAT scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Uphold Rag & Bone’s brand philosophy and policy requirements.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of multi‑channel customer service experience, preferably in a direct‑to‑consumer model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a proactive, customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and manage follow‑ups.
- Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
