Customer Facing Supply Chain Specialist – B2B Planning

About the role

The Customer Facing Supply Chain Specialist (B2B) ensures flawless execution of the order‑to‑cash process, compliance with contractual standards and delivery of high service levels to trade and B2B customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and cruise ships. The role focuses on operational excellence, chargeback prevention and cost‑to‑serve optimization while leveraging AI and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, validate details and pricing using AI‑powered anomaly detection tools.
• Track OTIF performance daily, use AI agents to automate order confirmations and delivery updates, and act as the single point of contact for order inquiries.
• Validate and manage chargebacks, apply AI‑driven analytics to detect patterns and collaborate with finance and logistics to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with supply‑chain standards in contracts, document processes for audit readiness, and use AI monitoring tools to flag deviations.
• Prepare dashboards on OTIF, cost‑to‑serve and chargeback performance, using SQL, Python and AI tools to automate reporting and generate predictive insights.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, collaborate with DSP, logistics, transportation and commercial teams, and contribute ideas for automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in customer supply chain, logistics or order management.
• Familiarity with Python programming and strong knowledge of order‑to‑cash processes, chargeback handling and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and travel up to 10% as needed.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
