Customer Account Specialist II

About the role

The Customer Account Specialist II will act as the primary advocate for clients within Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, ensuring total satisfaction from sample submission through test report delivery. This role requires proactive relationship management, accurate processing of client submissions, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive client relationships through professional service and effective communication.
• Process client submissions—including test request forms, sample receipts, quotations, and invoice credits—ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Run reports and perform data mining using Bureau Veritas systems to analyze submissions and support back‑office functions.
• Coordinate with operations managers, supervisors, and technical staff to resolve client issues, monitor hold/ACSF submissions, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of related experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong client interaction, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a resource‑constrained setting.
• Leadership and motivational abilities, and experience presenting information to internal and external audiences.
