Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Centivo is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across its Commercial organization. The role combines project management, business analysis, process improvement and change enablement to drive scalable operations that support affordable healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial initiatives from discovery through implementation, stabilization and closeout, maintaining detailed Smartsheet project plans.
• Establish project governance, meeting cadences and status reporting while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
• Act as Business Analyst: conduct stakeholder interviews, document functional requirements, define acceptance criteria and facilitate decision‑making.
• Design current‑state and future‑state processes using Microsoft Visio, create RACI matrices and recommend automation or standardization opportunities.
• Develop and execute testing and UAT plans, coordinate implementation activities and provide post‑launch support.
• Produce SOPs, playbooks, job aids and training materials, and manage communications related to process changes.
• Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to improve the Commercial operating model and support continuous improvement across Sales, Client Success and Implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial operations, project management or process improvement within healthcare, health benefits, insurance or other regulated industries.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of delivering clear documentation and training.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
