Customer Account Manager – Foodservice at Retail (West Coast, Remote)

About the role

The Customer Account Manager – Foodservice at Retail (West Coast) will drive profitable growth for Nestlé Professional Solutions by managing national and regional accounts across convenience stores, grocery delis, and commissary/bakery operations. This remote‑based role focuses on pipeline development, customer‑led innovation, joint business planning, and disciplined execution while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Own executive‑level relationships with decision‑makers across assigned national and regional foodservice‑at‑retail customers.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, annual growth plans, and long‑range opportunity pipelines.
• Manage a robust Salesforce pipeline (≥4x annual growth target) and deliver new business wins and innovation launches.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and program development in partnership with finance and revenue teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including brand, supply chain, and culinary—to ensure flawless order‑to‑cash performance and service level excellence.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of progressive sales experience in foodservice, foodservice‑at‑retail, convenience‑store or grocery‑deli environments.
• Proven track record managing national or large regional customer accounts.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, contracts, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
