Creative Production Manager – Live Sports Sponsorships

About the role

Netflix is looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead integrated sponsorship campaigns within live sports broadcasts. The role combines live‑event production, brand partnership development, and cross‑functional coordination to bring sponsorship concepts to life on‑air.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Partnerships, Title Management, and creative teams to develop feasible sponsorship concepts that meet legal, talent, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Content, Ad Sales, Title Marketing, and Publicity to align sponsorship opportunities with the overall vision of live Netflix productions.
• Lead discussions with external stakeholders, including production companies, sports leagues, and brand partners.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional milestones.
• Orchestrate production teams and agencies to execute sponsorship commitments, from on‑site filming to remote shoots.
• Manage sponsorship obligation documents, asset approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Own budget oversight, negotiate production and talent estimates, and anticipate bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in live events, broadcast, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record managing sponsorship commitments in live sports broadcast environments.
• Strong understanding of the live‑event sponsorship ecosystem and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, matrixed settings.
