Communications Game Day Staff

About the role

The Communications Game Day Staff member supports the Chargers' communications department before, during, and after each home game. This role ensures smooth media operations, gathers post‑game quotes, and hosts special guests such as Chargers Legends, influencers, and celebrities.

Key responsibilities

• Set up press boxes, interview rooms, and broadcast/radio booths.
• Distribute game statistics and manage internal public‑address announcements.
• Coordinate media will‑call, on‑field media rooms, and vest distribution.
• Gather and transcribe post‑game quotes from home and visiting teams.
• Serve as host and escort for Chargers Legends, influencers, and celebrity guests.

Required profile

• Must be able to attend all Los Angeles Chargers home games.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
