Convenience Sales Representative – Independent Retail – Fresno

About the role

We are seeking a driven Convenience Sales Representative to grow our independent retail accounts in the Fresno area. The role involves visiting convenience stores, building relationships, and increasing brand visibility while handling beverage alcohol responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow efficient daily routes to service assigned accounts.
• Conduct account visits, identify sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placement, and restock shelves where permitted.
• Provide training to store staff on priority brands and product knowledge.
• Process credits, returns, and collect payments in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory information and alert management to stock fluctuations.
• Support new account openings and collaborate on opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.
• Participate in supplier sales calls, blitzes, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for account visits.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a focus on achieving sales targets.
