Controller – Manufacturing & Industrial Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a growing industrial and utility supply business in Columbus, OH. You will work directly with executive leadership, driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting strategic growth across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Manage inventory controls, cost accounting, and cash‑flow reporting.
• Support audits, ensure compliance, and prepare board reports.
• Streamline systems and enhance internal controls across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or utility‑supply environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities.
