Construction Superintendent – Healthcare

About the role

Clark is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field execution on healthcare projects across Central Michigan. You will work inside occupied hospitals and surgical suites, ensuring patient care continues uninterrupted while maintaining strict infection‑control and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily construction activities in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate phasing around clinical operations and enforce ICRA protocols.
• Manage trade sequencing, schedule adherence, and daily reporting.
• Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings and drive quality closeout.
• Maintain documentation for inspections and build strong relationships with facility operations teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in healthcare construction.
• Strong MEP coordination capability and deep understanding of infection‑control and phased work.
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments with a commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phoenix.
• Proficiency with ProjectSight.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
