Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up commercial projects in Houston. You will oversee all onsite activities from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site professionalism.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering ground‑up commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Experience using construction management software (preferred).
• OSHA certification (preferred).
