About the role
The Construction Manager oversees new home construction projects from development through final build, ensuring schedules, safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are met. This full‑time, onsite position requires strong coordination with trade partners and sales teams to deliver high‑quality homes on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, implement and coordinate the construction of high‑quality homes.
- Manage the customer experience throughout the building process.
- Collaborate with trade partners to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain open communication with homeowners and sales personnel.
- Resolve daily construction issues, including vendor contracts and work orders.
- Authorize payments for materials and completed work.
- Ensure trade partner work meets timeframes and quality standards.
- Inspect and validate workmanship against company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years construction experience, including new homebuilding.
- Proven ability to manage high‑production construction processes and trade performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to control cost overruns and manage budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
