Configuration and Master Data Governance Lead

About the role

The Configuration and Master Data Governance Lead will ensure that all configuration and master data across CooperVision's global manufacturing systems are accurately defined, maintained, and governed. This position plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing data consistency, traceability, and system integrity within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage configuration and master data governance across all manufacturing execution environments.
• Define and support enterprise‑wide configuration management practices, ensuring assets are version‑controlled, auditable, and deployable.
• Document, review, approve, and audit all configuration and master data changes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain data and configuration templates, ensuring high data quality.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and exception analysis for business data owners.
• Execute data migration and ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and loading.
• Query and validate data using SQL to align database structures with application needs.
• Partner with DevOps and technical teams to support environment promotion and automated deployment.
