Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst I ensures regulatory updates are executed accurately and on time, supporting the compliance team with testing, notifications, and implementation across DocMagic products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business acceptance review and testing of regulatory changes, including form templates, calculations, and selection logic.
• Schedule and validate regulatory changes to meet client and deadline requirements, both pre‑production and post‑production.
• Maintain multiple production environments and support customer‑specific validation of regulatory updates.
• Create and manage test scenarios leveraging mortgage lending expertise.
• Assist with maintenance of compliance content on the Compliance Edge website and support AI‑driven training.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of mortgage lending regulations (TILA, RESPA, FCRA, HPA) and investor guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels and meet competing deadlines.
