Community Sales and Program Partner (Commission-Based)

About the role

A growing youth enrichment organization offers two nationally recognized programs: Little Medical School, which introduces children to science, health and future careers through hands-on STEM and medical-based activities, and Amazing Athletes, a multi-sport program that builds confidence, coordination and a love of movement. It partners with schools, homeschool groups, camps and community organizations. The company is looking for well-connected, motivated people to help grow its programs in the Orlando area, in a flexible, commission-based role focused on building relationships, connecting with schools and organizations and driving enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect the company with new program opportunities
• Introduce the programs to schools, homeschool groups and community partners
• Promote the programs within local parent groups and networks
• Drive enrollments for existing and new programs
• Help launch new program locations

Required profile

• Well-connected in local parent or school communities
• Active in Facebook groups, PTAs or community organizations
• Background in education, childcare, fitness or community engagement preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
