Community Manager – The Yard at Ivanhoe

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Yard at Ivanhoe, a high‑rise, stabilized residential community of 591 units in Orlando. Reporting to senior property leadership, you will ensure the property meets its financial targets, operational standards, and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site staff, coordinating daily activities and resource allocation.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the property budget by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all local multi‑family housing regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead a team in a high‑rise environment.
