About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Glenn property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily activities, resources and team members of the assigned property.
- Achieve budgeted financial and operational goals while complying with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other regulations.
- Provide input into the property’s budget by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing data and evaluating operational reports.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
- Monitor revenue targets and adjust strategies to meet or exceed them.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
