About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Riverside Station property. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and occupancy targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and allocate charges to the correct accounting codes.
- Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash procedures.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
