Community Manager – Kingwood Community

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Kingwood Community property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities, staff scheduling, and resource allocation for the property.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post transactions accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and responsive service.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, leasing, and maintenance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage a team effectively.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Rent collection and revenue management.
• Regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.).
