Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building an all‑in‑one app to simplify car ownership. We need a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand and engage users where they already gather – Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other community platforms.
• Develop a playbook for each community, defining posting cadence, reply strategy and silence periods.
• Grow and moderate sub‑reddits into trusted, active communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native communicator who avoids corporate‑speak and writes in a tone that earns upvotes.
• Strategic thinker who builds systems, understands SEO and how large language models cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or “stressful” categories and foster long‑term organic trust.
