Community Manager – Hillsboro/Beaverton

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area. You will lead the on‑site team, manage daily activities and resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the property’s daily operations, team members, and resources to achieve budgeted goals.
• Provide input into the development of the property budget by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Monitor property performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Rent setting and collection processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
