Community Manager for Perla Property

About the role

The Community Manager for the Perla property will oversee daily operations of a 336‑unit garden‑style community in Panama City Beach, Florida. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the property’s staff to deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Monitor daily activities, track performance metrics, and adjust operations to achieve budgeted goals.
• Develop and manage the property’s annual budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and implement revenue‑generation strategies to meet targeted income.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through effective communication and community programming.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with budget development.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and resident service standards.
