About the role
The Community Assistant supports the property management team at Cheatham Street Flats, a student‑living community, by handling administrative, leasing and customer‑service tasks. This part‑time position helps achieve occupancy and resident‑retention goals while providing a welcoming environment for students.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily office duties such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, and organizing rent payments.
- Answer resident calls, respond to online inquiries, and provide courteous front‑desk service.
- Assist with leasing activities: conduct virtual tours, greet and qualify prospects, lead property tours, and show available apartments.
- Support lease preparation by generating required paperwork and ensuring accuracy.
- Help with marketing initiatives and community events to promote occupancy.

- Ability to multitask and manage administrative workload efficiently.
