About the role
The Community Assistant supports the property management team in achieving occupancy and resident retention goals at a student‑focused residential community. This part‑time position involves a mix of administrative, leasing, and customer‑service duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform office administration tasks such as copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments.
- Assist with sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, and showing apartments.
- Support the lease preparation process by generating required lease paperwork and maintaining organized resident documentation.
