About the role
The Communication Officer will support the Division of Financial and Administration Management (DFAM) in developing and delivering its communication strategy. Working under the supervision of the Chief, Office of the Comptroller, the role focuses on producing high‑quality communication materials that showcase DFAM’s goals, results and priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and communicating the Operations Community’s communication strategy.
- Produce timely, high‑quality communication materials aligned with global priorities and DFAM’s Office Management Plan.
- Develop an editorial plan for the Operations community, selecting appropriate channels and audiences.
- Gather content on Operations initiatives and create complementary materials for the global operations audience.
- Support dissemination of DFAM policies, procedures and key guidance.
- Manage engagement strategies and content across DFAM’s digital channels.
Required profile
- Experience working within an international organization or similar environment.
- Ability to network and collaborate closely with senior DFAM management.
- Strong written communication skills for producing diverse communication products.
