Commercial Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial projects in the Orlando area. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from pre‑construction planning through close‑out, while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop pre‑construction RFP packages and conduct project meetings.
• Establish job processes such as RFIs, submittals, and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and oversee procurement and permits.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and manage overall project logistics.
• Lead the project team, set expectations, and ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Interpret construction drawings and manage the close‑out process.
• Prepare weekly project updates and owners’ reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and travel occasionally to job sites.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Procore construction management software.
• Microsoft Project scheduling tool.
