About the role
The Clinical Therapy and Performance Specialist supports the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in delivering therapy services and performance improvement initiatives. This instructional development position works on the Little Rock campus and contributes to the university’s mission of collaborative health care.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of clinical therapy programs.
- Support performance enhancement activities for health‑care teams.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate instructional resources.
Required profile
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- Current affiliation with the University of Arkansas System (e.g., employee, student employee, graduate assistant) is preferred.
