Clinical Services Manager - SICU/CVICU

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) will join the clinical staff at UAMS. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in these critical care environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical services and workflow within the SICU and CVICU.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Current University of Arkansas System employee status (students and graduate assistants must apply through Workday).
