Clinical Pharmacist (Remote, PRN Contractor)

About the role

This remote, PRN (as‑needed) position with Magnit supports injured workers by ensuring they receive appropriate clinical pharmacy interventions. As a contractor, you will work independently while collaborating with a cross‑functional clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess prescription appropriateness by reviewing patient histories, drug interactions, and potential adverse effects.
• Utilize data analytics to identify medication usage trends, safety concerns, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Review medication requests from providers and determine eligibility for dispensing.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to educate them on clinical guidelines, appropriate medication use, and drug interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE‑accredited program.
• Current active pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
