About the role

Join CPH, a top‑500 multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm, as a Civil Project Engineer (EIT) on its Commercial team in Sanford, FL. You will support project management activities throughout the lifecycle, gaining hands‑on experience with design, planning, and execution of civil projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality‑control checks to ensure high standards.
• Research and analyze data to support design and development.
• Verify that designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Help prepare and evaluate proposals and progress reports.
• Participate in the design and drafting of engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience on site design projects; commercial project exposure is a plus.
• Eligibility for EI/EIT certification (or ability to obtain).
