Chassis Control Intern – Kettering University Co‑Op (Jan‑Mar ’27)

About the role

Join Bosch's Vehicle Motion (Chassis Controls) Product Division as a Chassis Control Intern. You will work on calibration, verification and validation of brake systems, including electronic brake actuation and ESP functions, supporting the development of advanced safety technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Calibrate, verify and validate brake system components and ESP algorithms.
• Coordinate test vehicles and required equipment for functional testing.
• Participate in vehicle test sessions across different locations and seasons.
• Execute release procedures for software at various development stages and for final production.
• Document test results and support continuous improvement of test processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at Kettering University (Section B) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
