Charge Capture Representative Associate

About the role

As a Charge Capture Representative Associate you will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, supporting the Allina Health account. You will review clinical documentation, ensure accurate charge entry for emergency services, and help improve revenue capture using the EPIC EMR system.

Key responsibilities

• Review, calculate, and enter billable charges in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Identify inconsistencies in medical reports and collaborate with leadership to correct errors.
• Ensure all charges comply with federal regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits and support metric‑driven performance tracking.
• Work with hospitals, clinics, and clinical teams to manage service requests and resolve inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; must be 18 years or older.
• Experience using an EMR system, preferably EPIC.
• Ability to work full‑time Monday‑Friday with flexible 8‑hour shift schedules between 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep sensitive documents secure.

Required skills
