Business Resilience Strategist

About the role

The Business Resilience Strategist will support the design and execution of company‑wide resilience initiatives, including crisis management, business continuity, and employee well‑being. You will work across functions to embed resilience practices into daily operations and senior‑leader decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of cross‑discipline projects that strengthen organizational resilience.
• Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of global crisis‑management programs.
• Lead specific projects related to program strategy, governance, response structures, and executive training.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Monetization and other product teams to support crisis planning and execution.
• Help launch global initiatives that turn lessons learned into program improvements.
• Develop and deploy new tools, including AI‑driven solutions, to enhance crisis‑management capabilities.
• Review work products for quality and provide feedback without direct supervisory authority.
• Offer advisory support to stakeholders under leadership direction.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of experience in crisis management, enterprise risk, or related fields.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience working with senior internal or external executives.
• Background in launching company‑wide programs, ideally at Fortune‑50 firms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting global programs and reporting to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on experience using chat‑based AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for daily work.
• Ability to evaluate, integrate, and deploy emerging AI tooling.
