Business Operations

About the role

We are building autonomous systems for doctors’ offices and need a Business Operations professional to design and run enrollment workflows that move customers through setup, paperwork, system connections, and internal handoffs. You will work closely with sales, customer operations, product, and engineering to remove bottlenecks and make the setup process faster and less manual.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enrollment workflows, including paperwork, system integrations, status tracking, and internal handoffs.
• Design and maintain dashboards and automation tools that accelerate customer onboarding.
• Collaborate across sales, customer operations, product, and engineering to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building efficient processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small, flat team.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with workflow design and process automation.
• Familiarity with dashboard creation and data tracking.
