Business Development Representative

About the role

The Company is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate portfolio growth, forge enterprise brand partnerships, and open new revenue streams. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, identify high‑value market whitespace, and connect direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands, corporate clients, and creators with our premium apparel and merchandise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑potential DTC brands that match the ideal customer profile.
• Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Research prospective brands to understand product positioning, customer base, growth trajectory, and merchandising strategy.
• Engage founders, executives, and decision‑makers to present the Company’s capabilities and generate qualified opportunities.
• Qualify prospects for strategic fit and commercial potential before handing them to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from prospecting to execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
• Strong network in marketing, procurement, or events sectors.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
