Brand Designer – Creative X

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Designer to join Creative Experiences (Creative X), the global creative agency behind Meta’s flagship apps. You will work closely with the CX Design team to shape timeless brand foundations and scalable toolkits that power high‑impact campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and more.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve brand foundations for Instagram, grounded in strategic thinking, strong craft, and clear design principles.
• Create scalable brand systems, behaviors, and toolkits—including templates, guidelines, components, and asset frameworks—to enable campaigns across channels.
• Develop original design concepts for a wide range of marketing touchpoints while balancing expressive exploration with system rigor.
• Be hands‑on from sketch and prototype through to final delivery, maintaining a high bar for detail and quality.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, driving creative development, managing feedback cycles, and ensuring timely, on‑brand delivery.
• Present work clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing holistic, timeless brand design systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand architecture, craft, and design thinking.
• Comfort working across multiple media touchpoints and delivering integrated efforts.
• Conceptual thinker who can take ideas from concept to launch with independence and ownership.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional design teams to build scalable brand toolkits.
