About the role
The Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC) Data Analyst will coordinate the collection and management of HUD‑mandated Continuum of Care data, supporting the Program Manager and the broader DCA team. This role leads key reporting activities such as the Point‑in‑Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate collection, cleaning, and quality assurance of CoC data for HUD reporting.
- Lead the Point‑in‑Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Facilitate collaboration among the HMIS data team, system performance monitoring, and programmatic staff.
- Assist the Program Manager in using data to inform CoC activities and system performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience with homeless services programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in data entry, cleaning, reporting, analysis, and project management.
Required skills
- ClientTrack Homeless Management Information System.
- SQL and relational database querying.
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and R.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
